We are living through the most uncertain of times and as a result, many of us are re-evaluating what is really important to us and what direction we want our lives to take.
As part of my training as an ICF accredited Transformational Coach, I am looking for clients who want to make changes in some area of their life. It could be that you are feeling restless or dissatisfied with life, career or relationships and that you want to make changes but can’t quite get motivated. This might be in relation to a specific goal such as getting a new job, or helping you to reflect and achieve clarity on something less tangible.
Coaching encourages you to work out your own answers rather than offering you advice. It will support you in finding out what is blocking you from making changes and help you to find ways to move towards achieving your goals. It is impartial, non-judgemental and challenging.
Having worked in education for more than 20 years, both as a secondary school teacher and a university lecturer, I found myself stuck in a rut. My own experience of being coached motivated me to make changes I had been thinking about for years, including travelling solo around South America, relocating from London to the South West and now retraining as a coach with The Animas Centre for Coaching.
You would need to be able to commit to between 4 and 6 sessions either by video call or telephone.
Our introductory session will last 20 minutes and is offered free of charge, acting as an opportunity for you to find out more about the coaching process and for us both to decide if we would like to work together. Subsequent sessions will be an hour long and would be charged at the nominal fee of £2 per session (only paid for session count towards ICF accreditation).
