I'm Siobhan, an ICF credentialled coach with over 20 years of experience working in education. I work with educators who want to build impactful and sustainable careers for themselves and their staff and meaningful educational experiences for their students. Coaching creates a crucial space to think beyond the reactivity and overwhelm of day-to-day school life. It provides opportunities for reflection that lead to greater awareness and clarity whether that be in relation to institutional change, day to day practice, interpersonal relationships or understanding of yourself.
